When you feel lonely and unseen

"The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." -Psalm 34:18

Single motherhood carries an emotional weight that many people never fully see. You make decisions alone, carry responsibility daily, and show up even when you feel empty. On the outside they may appear capable, but inside there may be loneliness, fear, grief, anger or exhaustion. Single moms often carry emotions quietly. Worry about their children. Fear about the future. Guilt about what they cannot provide. Loneliness when every decision rests on their shoulders alone.

Many sacrifices go unnoticed. Many tears fall in private. There is heaviness in heart and mind. You feel no one notices your efforts; nor anyone cares what is happening in your life. Loneliness can be one of the deepest pains of single motherhood. You may be surrounded by people and still feel unseen.

But God sees every part of your life- your emotions, your responsibilities, and your quiet faithfulness. Even when others may not notice the weight you carry, the Lord is close to you and understands your heart completely. Evey act of love, every hard choice, and every moment of endurance. Loneliness is not God's design! He created us to walk together. God is not distant. He draws especially close to hurting hearts.

Nothing about your life is invisible to Him. God sees you. You matter. Your work matters. Your faithfulness matters.

God's presence is constant, even when human support feels inconsistent. He walks beside you in ordinary moments- driving, cooking, folding laundry, or lying awake at night. You are not abandoned. Receiving help is obedience, not weakness.

God himself is your companion. He is present in the quiet moments, the difficult tdecisions, and the everyday routines of life. Although single motherwood may feel isolating at times, God's promise is unwavering: He walks with you. He goes before you to prepare the way and remains faithful through every season...

God sees, strengthens, provides for, and walks faithfully with you. You are never alone- God's presence surrounds you always!
